Caspian Palace
The "Caspian Palace" residential complex is located on the left bank of the city and is aligned with the President Palace. The building architecture perfectly combines the white facade with the blue roof dome. The facade has decorative illumination. Thanks to large windows, the apartments are well lit in the daytime. Everything in this house corresponds to its accommodation and its type.
The building is composed of eleven stores. There are penthouses on the tenth and eleventh stores. The building has the ramps and special driveways for disabled people. On the first store of one of the sections there are rooms to keep preschool children busy.
There is a playground with an artificial football field as well as playground devices in the spacious yard of the residential complex.
The building was developed by the "Caspian Service Kazakhstan" Azerbaijani construction company. After a series of successful projects in the Caspian region, in 2011 the company put into operation its first object in the capital. Only environmentally friendly materials were used to build the "Caspian Palace". Ceramic granite was used For façade cladding, marble was for the base.
