Northern Lights
The “Northern Lights” residential complex, built by the “Basis-A” company in 2008, is an ambitious unique project embodied in a Hi-tech style which has received the award of the International association of unions of architects. This project combines all the advanced achievements in the field of architecture and design, construction and engineering. The complex adorns one of the famous areas in Astana – Water-Green Boulevard which will impress you with its abundance of greenery, flowers and fountains beauty. The windows overlooking one of the main sights of the capital – Bayterek and a city panorama, too, won’t let you stay indifferent.
Three towers of unusual form with 33, 37 and 42 stores are like flashes of the northern lights turned into reality and they are one of the loveliest projects in the capital of Kazakhstan which justly catches city residents and guests’ eye.
The project is unique not only in its unusual forms but also in the level of comfort, warmth and coziness. All three towers are joined by a large stylobate (that enables getting to any section without going outside) which has the whole complex of infrastructure objects: minimarkets, boutiques, beauty salons, coffee houses, bank offices, travel agencies and much more. Within walking distance there is the “Keruyen” entertainment center. A well landscaped area, playgrounds, alleys, decorative trees make a unique atmosphere of coziness.
