Paris quarter
The “Paris quarter” residential complex is a modern one for a conceptual new lifestyle. The very name of the project is based on the concept – exquisite style of architecture and design inspired by romantic and luxurious notes of France. The developer of this unique project is the “BI Group” company. In 2013 it was put into operation.
The complex is located in a quiet and underpopulated area of the capital which is attractive in terms of transport accessibility and proximity to the historical center of the city and to the new administrative left bank. The complex consists of the separate 6-storeyed houses that are unique. Each of the three houses of the project has 26 apartments, other three – 14 apartments. The “Paris quarter” is not only special in its visual style but also is made of such construction and finishing materials as sandstone, travertine, copper, granite and marble that are determined to stay for centuries as legendary buildings of Paris.
The decoration of the complex area is an example of unique picturesque landscape and a landmark of the club house. The layout of the yards has been thought out well, so they adorn truly French landscape design. There is a rotunda and arbors, playgrounds, a tennis court, a basketball field, an indoor heated parking, a supermarket, a café and a restaurant and much more.
